Rishi: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to teleseminar 3 which is on Success eSource. My name is Flying Singh. Welcome. I’m here today to introduce you to the master coach Dev also known as The Mind Man, coming to you live from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Now, some of you may have heard about Master Coach Dev a few weeks ago on the 4th September and on the 8th October. He spoke about the two very interesting topics on Awaken your Mind Power, and why goals are important, and why goal setting sucks. Yes, you heard me right, if you’ve just tune it in, this is coming through live from Kuala Lumpur. What is mind power? That was the first teleseminar that Master Coach Dev spoke about. And now, Master Coach, to tell you a little bit about him. He has had a rare privilege of working with Bob Proctor, who is the world authority on how the mind works. And also some of you have probably seen him on the phenomenal runaway best seller "The Secret". He is the man with the graying hair who kisses his hand. You definitely wouldn’t have missed him. Now, without much ado, I’m sure all of you are waiting for Master coach Dev to come right in and give us his wisdom for this evening. Of course, it’s evening here in Malaysia. The time being 9 pm, of course if you are listening to us all over the world, it can be anytime, time is irrelevant. It is, ladies and gentlemen, right now with Master Coach Dev. Good morning, Master Coach. Master Coach Dev: Hi, good morning, Rishi! It’s wonderful to be here again. Those listeners out there, if you are tuning in for the third time, it’s great to see you again. And if you are coming in for the first time, I welcome you in this series of seminars on Success, the Mind and Goals. Rishi: Okay, so now let’s get into the topic for today. Today, this evening, it’s called "An Enlightening Evening with Master Coach Dev" referring to the evening in Kuala Lumpur, it could be at anytime wherever you are in Malaysia or anywhere around the world. The main topic that you would like to speak about today, I gather is mind power and exploring the myths about mind power. Now, Master Coach, what can you tell us about this?
Master Coach Dev: The reason why we included the subject on the myths on Mind Power.. a lot of people have a lot of misunderstandings as to what the Mind means and what the power of the mind can do. And we lightly spoke about in the first session that most people can’t even differentiate between the mind and the body. Sorry, the mind and the brain. And that itself is a myth! People think that it’s the brain that does all of this stuff, and it’s really the Mind not the brain. The brain, as it is said earlier, is only the organ. And here, we are speaking about the mind. And there are a lot of misunderstandings about what the extent of the mind is, what the mind can do, what the possibilities are, and we’d like to explore some of those and, be a little bit more enlightened as to what the power of the mind can really accomplish. Rishi: So, basically what, I mean that’s true as to what you had just said. When you actually ask someone to picture the mind, the first thing they will do is they will draw the brain and they would say, but of course you will end up saying that the brain is not the mind. But so what is the mind if it is not the brain? Master Coach Dev: Like what we’d covered in great detail in the first session of the mind, we said the mind and the brain are absolutely two different things. The brain is the organ, the grey matter between your ears and the mind is the activity of the organ. And there is not to say that how we know the mind is thinking, and how we know the mind is active. It’s when you think. Because thinking is the activity of mind, that’s how we know the mind is operating. And that’s how to differentiate between the mind and the body. I suppose the next thing that is important to understand is that where is the mind. Most people ask, I know the brain is between the ears, but where is the mind? The mind is everywhere. The mind is everything. The mind is in every... every small molecule in your body. It’s in every cell in your body. It’s in the entire universe because the mind is the universe, and the universe is the mind. Therefore, we live in a universal mind. That’s why the mind is often to be referred to as the godlike star of it, the consciences. Rishi: Well, that’s very interesting. So what is you trying to say is that, or are you really saying that the mind is the soul? Are you saying that the mind is the soul? Master Coach Dev: Well, in spiritual realms, people refer it as a soul but in metaphysics, parapsychology, and in the area of the mind, we rather to refer it as the mind than the soul, or the spirit. It doesn’t really matter, they’re just, they’re just different terminologies. As a matter of fact, there are somewhat 150 different names for this part of _________ that we have refer to as the mind. Rishi: So, now, what about the aura? Where does that come in if the mind is like the soul, what about the aura? When you’re talking about the aura, you’re not really talking about the mind or the brain because we only see the physical body. For 4000 years we have known in the east that there are really ten different bodies that make up the human personality. And one of this bodies is the auric or the _______ body. There are ten different bodies, human is the physical body, there is the mental body, the radian body, the auric body. There are ten different bodies. So that is just one of the bodies. And there are certain ways you can see the aura. One way is to use _____________ photography or you can do... There are different kinds of photographies where you can actually see the aura. So that’s really one aspect of the body.
Rishi: Okay, let’s talk about the mind and, a little more about the mind. Now, some people say that mind can be divided into two, like we got the conscious mind and the unconscious mind or the subconscious mind. Now, a lot of people call the unconscious mind, the heart of hearts. Now, could you tell us a little bit about that. Master Coach Dev: Yup, like you have said that there are two parts of the mind. That doesn’t mean that there are two minds, there is only one mind. There are two parts to it. First is the conscious mind, and then there is the unconscious or the subconscious mind. And throughout eternity, they have been referred to as heart of the hearts, or the sentence of ____________. Latin. That’s right, Latin. And I suppose the reason why we call it the heart today is because when it got translated from Latin to English, instead of heart of the hearts which refer to the unconscious mind, today we refer to it as the heart. Basically, that’s the reason we said we feel the heart. No, no, we don’t really feel from the heart of the hearts. We are in the unconscious mind because the language of the unconscious mind is feeling. The language of the unconscious mind is emotions. Emotions do not reside in your heart because your heart only pumps blood. Only that today we know that the heart pumps the blood. Emotion lies in the unconscious part of the mind, that is why it’s called the power center. That is why it is referred to as the god-like part of you. Rishi: Now, ummm... Could you please tell us a bit more about the so called misconception, or the myths that people have about the mind. Master Coach Dev: I suppose the first one is the different confuse the mind and the brain. And the second element to this confusion is probably people do not really fully understand and appreciate the workings of the mind simply because without the work, without the manual of how to use the power of the mind. I suppose the first thing that you need look at is even how do we access this part of the mind, so that we can work this part of the mind, so that we could access to this limitless power, so that we can use this limitless power to accomplish things in our life. So that people can then become to realize that there is true power. And once people begin to see some results and then they begin to believe although they can’t see but it exists. So I suppose a lot of myths are because well... I believe it when I can see it. Well my friends... for the power of the mind to work, you have got to believe it first, and then you will see it. Rishi: Wow, that is very interesting! Now, there is a question that I would like to ask you. From what I gather, we have always been taught that most of the efforts that we do in life... in our life, whether is studying hard, or working hard, 80% of that effort come at the physical level where we sit down and do physically. And only 20% of that effort comes from the mind level, meaning that we actually sit down and visualize ourselves achieving that particular goal and doing that again and again. But, there has been a change in this way of thinking where now if you look at Olympic athletes, you look at people who are achieving immense success, they are now using 80% of their mind power and only using 20% of their physical energy. Is that because they are actually realize that our true potential is in the mind and only 20% of our true potential is in the body? Master Coach Dev: Absolutely, absolutely. There has been a gradual shift over the last number of years, moving from physical to mental power. There has been a world-wide awakening and awareness as to the untapped part of the power, which lies the unconscious recess of our mind, which is more mental rather than physical because there is a limit as to what human body can achieve. But we haven’t even we begun to scratch the surface of the limitlessness of this power mind. Scientists now proving this to be true. With the understanding of quantum physics, more people are being open to this new way of thinking that could possibly be the power that is beyond physical. And religion and spirituality have been spoken about this for thousands of years. Now, many different realms have begin to accept this. In sports, in careers, in goals, in healing diseases in the body, in healing relationships, in achieving goals and dreams. People have begin to realize that there is something much more than just the physical. And they realize now that there is more what they think about than what they really do about it that makes it happen because mind power is the 90% of the power that makes things work and the physical is only 10%. And as the shift begins, a lot of miracles have begin to happen. People have been able to begin to do things that was thought to be impossible only a number of years ago. That’s why we’ve seen phenomenal thing being created and achieved in our daily life and it’s a possibility. Now any feeling in the physical body because it has been referred to as the god-like part of you, as I said. It is the power, it is the part of you that do all the works, that the unconscious mind which is the power source we are referring to. We are talking about the unconscious mind, we are talking about the mind power, we are talking about that limitless power which is resident in the unconscious part of our mind. We just need to know how to tap into that, how to access that, how we use it in our daily life because it is meant to be. Because it is our birth right. Thousands of years ago, people knew how to use that and we lost that. So now, what we are trying to attempt to do this session today... No. 1 people become aware of this power and it has been happened like this for all this while. No. 2 how we can access this in simple ways, and how we can we use it in our professional and our personal life. And that is what we’re going to talk about in the rest of this session. Rishi: That is very, very enlightening, Master Coach Dev. I have a question personally, why is that whatever that you share with us just now, you claim, I mean, I’m kind of believe you. Why is it that we use it thousands of years ago, and now it is said to be known only 5% of the population, and how is that so?
